The most famous of the steak cuts, this prime cut of Irish striploin is gently marbled and always full of flavour. A leaner cut of steak, the striploin is cut from the loin. Almost as tender as the fillet, it can always be relied upon for its superior tenderness and great flavour.

Serves 2, each striploin steak is carefully hand cut into a perfect portion for one.

Supplied chilled and vacuum packed. Store at < 5°C. See label on pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase.

Pan Frying / Grilling / BBQ

Best served Medium Rare – 3-4 mins / side – the core temperature of the steak should be 55-57oC.

Serve simply with homemade chips, mushrooms and a great sauce (Steak Diane, Peppercorn and Chimichurri)
