The most famous of the steak cuts, this prime cut of Irish Angus Striploin is gently marbled and always full of flavour. A leaner cut of steak, the Striploin is cut from the loin. Almost as tender as the fillet, it can always be relied upon for its superior tenderness and great flavour.

Pan Frying / Grilling / BBQ Best served Medium Rare – 3-4 mins / side – the core temperature of the steak should be 55-57oC. Serve simply with homemade chips, mushrooms and a great sauce (Steak Diane, Peppercorn and Chimichurri)
